iFrogz Timbre Review

For those acquainted with the company known as iFrogz, they have many of products which they showcase. Recently we recorded our own iFrogz Timbre review to test the quality of this popular earphone model. We hope that it may be of some to you.

1. Designer build: To begin with, we took into account for our iFrogz Timbre Review was its Build. It sports a stereotypical 3.5mm head phone jack at it's start following up to its "Y" split divider and finishes with each ear bud. The mic included is somewhat large in size, but not large enough in which it becomes a nuisance. The mic is also big enough as to be noticeable quite easily. The cables used were not of the highest quality, and could easily start to tear and short out with a good amount of usage. We got the feel this was more likely entry level product. The one nice thing was the wood ear buds, which provide quite a large boom for those whom are bass driven.

2. Style: One thing in which iFrogz is indeed known for it's unique style which are brought forth in their product lines. Unfortunately, during our iFrogz Timbre Review, we discovered this not to be the case. There was not much to review regarding this due to the earphones overall style being exceptionally plain. While It maintains more of a professional feel which can be respected, it is only made in two themes unlike the majority of iFrogz products. The wood headphones are the only part which gives these ear buds any feeling of prestige.

3. Sound: Last in our iFrogz Timbre Review we looked into sound. We liked the sound output for the final price. The bass did seem to be the primary focus that was placed on its development, and the treble unfortunately takes a backseat. While the quality of sound is decent, we could see it maybe having issues with different types of music, caused by the reverberation emitted by using wood headphones. However the difference is is above that from that of the staple ipod or iphone headphones, and those who can pick up a pair without paying full retail will definitely be happy with their investment..

In conclusion of our iFrogz Timbre review, we felt this design was intended to be a entry level model, however the pricing through iFrogz does not display that. We feel that it is a good set of headphones, but shop around before buying as you could end up paying double what these ear buds are worth. Funny thing is, if you can get these headphones exceptionally cheap, it can be a great buy, just not with the manufacturer. Hope this review was helpful!
